When your furniture design requires a fastener not found in standard catalogs — unique head geometry, specific thread pitch, unusual length-to-diameter ratio, or proprietary drive system — our engineering team delivers the custom solution.
Our capability covers cold-headed carbon steel and stainless steel fasteners from M2 to M12, lengths from 4mm to 300mm. We manufacture to your drawing or sample across all head types (countersunk, pan, button, flat, hex, custom), drive types (Phillips, Pozidriv, hex socket, Torx, slotted, custom), thread forms (machine, self-tapping, chipboard, high-low, custom), and finishes (zinc, powder coat, black oxide, nickel, chrome, PVD).
The process: you provide a drawing, sample, or concept. Our engineers review manufacturability, propose cost/performance optimizations, and produce CAD models for approval. Tooling is developed in-house, samples provided for your testing, and production proceeds after sign-off.
